From July 1st, 2015, Belarus passport holders are entitled Vietnam visa exemption during 15 days with any entry purpose.

According to Government Resolution that has been issued, Republic of Belarus citizens do not have to apply Vietnam visa for a stay of not exceeding 15 days. This policy applies to all kinds of passports, entry purposes, on the basis of meeting all the conditions prescribed by the law of Vietnam.

The duration of visa exemption for Belarus citizens is put into effect from July 1st, 2015 to the end of June 30th, 2020 and will be reviewed and renewed under Vietnam law.

In previous time, at the regular meeting in May, the Government has discussed and agreed with the solution that was suggested by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in order to solve the problems and develop tourism.

Currently, Vietnam is a unilateral visa exemption for 7 countries (Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Russia) and bilateral visa exemption for 9 ASEAN countries.
