This message is quite difficult for travellers since each country has each photo scecifications. Generally, visitors can collect Vietnam visa with most of photo under the following regulations:

1 – Photos must be taken within 6 months of the arrival date. Dated stamp is not necessary but rmemember not show a photo that is dramatically different from your current look.
2 – Face of the applicants must be at a neutral expression, without smiling or frowning. Further more, applications must be full face, front view a plain white or off-white background.
