The regulation for 30- day Vietnam visa exemption for foreigners to offshore Phu Quoc island of Kien Giang province has come into effect on March 10, 2014.

The policy of visa exemption is also applied for foreigners who are in transit at international border gates of Vietnam (including air and sea) to the Phu Quoc island.

Phu Quoc is the largest island in Vietnam. The heart-shaped island in the area of 574 square meters together with 22 other islands establish Phu Quoc district island.
