a).Application time (ii)Surname first in the Passport

Friday, Aug 07, 2015 - 9:05 PM a). My scheduled date of landing at HoChiMinch City is 02nd Nov from Siem Reap - dep. at 13.50 hrs.
     For an International flight, 03 hours prior to the dep.is the Reporting time. As such  punching of
     10.50 hrs aginst the coloum would be acceptable ?
b).  Since on the Visa Approval Letter application, the name should be strictly on line exactly as per
     Pass Port but in an Indian Passport the SURNAME is followed by the Given Name ( next line ).
     The Vietnam Air Lines ticket is also likewise, i.e., GHOSH ANUP KUMAR. Exactly what should
      I write on the VAL Application ?
c).  I want to apply for the VAL now-say within next 3/4 days. Is ther is any problem and shall
      remain valid  till my arrival ( 02 Nov ,'15 ) and departure ( 09th November, 2015 ). I am scheduled
      to leave my country  on 01st september-want to complete all these now itself.
