Payment guidelines


These days, almost any transaction that you'd make in person, you can make online without ever having to leave your home.  So is Vietnam visa online service!

While you must travel for few miles to reach the nearest Embassy to pay cash in the past, making online purchases is much more convenient which allows you to pay any time you want and by variety of options like a credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc. So why don’t you make payment online to apply for Vietnam visa?
For processing your Vietnam visa request, you can choose one of the following payment options to make payment online:

a.Pay by credit card:
Pay by credit cards through www.OnePay.vn
One Pay is the most preferred payment method available in Vietnam. We offer secure online payment by one of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Dinners Club, American express through a third party is www.OnePay.vn which is known as the most reliable payment gate in Vietnam.
b. Pay through Paypal

Paypal is the world’s most love way to pay & be paid.

There are 2 ways to pay through Paypal
If you have PayPal account already, you just need to send the visa fee to our account at  https://www.paypal.me/VietnamVisaPayment or send money to our Paypal account: paymentvietnamvisaonline@gmail.com
If you don’t have PayPal account, you totally can use VisaCard, MasterCard, Amexcard, Discovercard and pay as usual. To do this, we will send you a PayPal link and you click that link and choose the below option is “Pay with my credit or debit card” and follow the guidance
c. Pay by Western Union
 Pay through www.WesternUnion.com
You can pay by Western Union which is very fast, convenient and safe. Here is our full  Western Union information account:

e. Pay in cash at our office

You can directly visit our office in Hanoi and pay in cash for your visa approval service at:

In case, you cannot come to our office and need a visa so urgently, you can pay cash at Vietnam airport for us. To use this service, please send us your e-ticket via email , we will arrange for our staff to pick you up at Vietnam airport and collect cash.

Your payment is made for the visa approval fee, excluding the stamping fee (which will be paid in cash to the Immigration Officer upon arrival in Vietnam by yourself).

If you might fail to make payment during the application, there may be a few possibilities:
There might be some computer error.
You have reached credit limit.
You have entered incorrect card expiration date.
You have entered incorrect Visa Verified password / MasterSecure Code.
Your card has expired.
