Monday, Jun 12, 2017 - 6:35 PM My friend is from Vietnam and he is returning home to vacation and visit family.  He has a permanent resident green card from the United States.  To fly, he needs a VIsa to prove that he allowed to enter Vietnam.  On the online form, he does not have a passport #, can I put the permanent resident green card #?
