Expiry after applying for it

Wednesday, Jan 03, 2024 - 2:47 AM Hello and Happy New Year, I am bringing a group of 30 people to Vietnam from March 23-April 8 2024. We are having a meeting on Jan 8 and I was going to apply for all of their visa's at this meeting. Could you clarify how long the tourist visa is good for once we apply for it as we'd be coming back 3 months after our application if we apply on Jan 8. As well, for clarification we can apply by either taking a picture of the traveller OR by taking a picture of their passport -correct? Finally, is the $65 fee in US funds?
