Friday, Feb 10, 2017 - 1:31 PM Please be informed that your visa is under processing right now! The visa approval letter (if approved) will be sent to you around 12:00 AM Myanmar time on February 10, 2017! 
And made 4 calls and checked with one of your staff that picked up . she is not helpful and super rude!!! 
CALLS , AIRFAIR ,2 nights of HOTEL cost!  PAYING  195 USD for 5 Urgent Visa  I didn’t receive  . 
Delayed my trip  , and i have to book another flight on 12 Feb 2017 . this is not fair to me . 
my application online is all not correct ! please make an effort to call or email me what should I do now with hotel and date different .
