Please be advised that the Vietnam Immigration Department will be closed on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in observance of the following national occasions:
- 👉 The Anniversary of the Successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945)
- 👉 The Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces of Vietnam
- 👉 The National Day of All People Protecting National Security
⛔ During this official closure, Immigration administrative procedures and related services will be temporarily suspended. Accordingly, the processing of Vietnam visa applications, work permits, Temporary Residence Cards (TRCs), and other immigration-related procedures may be affected.
⚠️ All the working-time service of Immigration will temporily stopped on 19 August.
➡️ Applicants and clients are therefore strongly advised to submit their applications and required documents in advance to allow sufficient processing time and minimize potential delays arising from the holiday schedule.
🔄 Normal operations of the Vietnam Immigration Department will resume following the holiday from 20 August.
