Arrival Vietnam

Saturday, Sep 13, 2014 - 8:28 PM Hi we are 3 people and we are flying from North Cyprus to Istambul and have a transit flight from Istanbul to Bangkoj and after a flight from Bangkok to Vietnam.
all those 3 flights are booked under one ticket.
Since we are flying with Turkish airline and they do not fly to Cambodia Phom Penh we can only choose tp Vietnam and need than from there 3 flights to Cambodia Phnom Penh.
My questions are as follow:

do we need a Visa if we do not leave the airport and just jump to the next plane to Cambodia?
we need 3 tickets can ypou help us?
we also carry 2 dogs with us can u arrange them as well on the same plane as excess baggage?
can we pay via Paypal as well?
