This temple was built in 1049 to recreate a strange dream of King Ly Thai Tong. The pagoda was built in the middle of a lake shaped like a lotus flower emerging in the middle of the lake. The pagoda was heavily damaged during the wars. In 1955, the pagoda was reconstructed based on the ancient architecture and exists to this day.
