Getting a Vietnam visa FULL PACKAGE for visiting relatives during Covid Time 2021 (TT/VR visa)

Since the end of December 2020, The Government of Vietnam has been officially issued Vietnam visa, which are granted to foreigners visiting Vietnam with different purpose, including visiting relatives visa. Accordingly, single entry visa in 3 month is available.
 
In the bellow sections, we would like to give you general knowledge of visas, which makes easier for you to apply visa for your upcoming trip.
 
1) OVERVIEW
TT/VR visa is issued for those who hold foreign passports and their relatives are Vietnamese passport holders or their relatives are foreigners but work in Vietnam with Vietnamese resident Card/ Work visa, they are able to get TT/ VR Vietnam visa.

To get it, you need ask for the Vietnamese sponsor company in Vietnam. We will prepare all documents for your company and send them the soft copy to sign and stamp in it and they send back to us the hard copy to submit Vietnam Goverment for approval. Or in other easier way, you ask for our company to sponsor for you to enter Vietnam, but the fee is a little bit higher.

2) PROCEDURE
- Send your passport picture/scan & business lisence of sponsor company(if any)via email visa@govietnamvisa.com, we will double check your visa request with Vietnam Immigration Dept and inform you the result within 24 hours
-  Make online payment via bank cash or bank transfer in VND/USD or you can make online payment via credit card (Paypal, Onepay, bank transfer in USD)
- Wait for visa approval letter in 3-5 weeks
 
3) DOCUMENT RECEIVED
- Approval letter from City’s People Committee 
-  Approval letter from Immigration Dept. (including visa if applicable)  
- Letter from the Health Department or Quarantine Center (stating quarantine location, with details of arrival date, on which airline and the flight number)
- Booking confirmation from hotels that were appointed as quarantined facilities      
- Transportation booking with specific date and transportation arrangement (driver, car plate number...). 
 
4) VISA FEE
-       3-month visa WITH YOUR sponsor company in Vietnam: USD 2050
-       3-month visa WITH OUR sponsor company in Vietnam: USD 2950
 
This fee included:

• 3 months business visa approval letter  and other related letters from People Committee, Health Department
• isolation cost: 3-4 star hotel isolation time in 14 days, 3 meals/day
• test COVID, bus from the airport to the hotel 

This fee excluded:

•  Air ticket to Vietnam
• Visa stamping fee at the airport: USD 25
