So, the timing from after 4P.M to before 9A.M the next day and in public holidays is NON-WORKING time. Step 1: Fill in Vietnam visa application form, tick the box “Non-working time service" and process online payment.
Step 2: Take pictures of your passport front page(s) and flight itinerary, send to visa@govietnamvisa.com and REMEMBER to ring us at +84.903.278.853
Step 3: Check your mail box to understand the detailed INSTRUCTION and TIME OF DELIVERY of your visa approval letter and download the letter when it comes.
Step 4: Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, find our staff who waits in front of visa on arrival counter with your name board and follow his/her instructions to be assisted in picking up visa stamp.
