Procedures for Extend Long- Term Vietnam Visa for Foreigners

Maximum long-term Vietnam visa as Vietnam regulations has validity of 1 year (12 months visa) that is issued by Department of Immigration or Provincial Division of Immigration Management for foreigners in below situations:

-          Foreign investors

-          Head of the representative office of non- governmental organizations

-          Lawyer was issued a license Vietnam Ministry of Justice

-          Foreign workers are issued work permit

Documents of Vietnam visa extension for foreigners include:

-          Legal records of businesses and organizations to sponsor foreigners who apply for long-term visa (Include copy of business registration and a copy of the certificate of seal form, copy of tax code registration, Registration of sample signature and seals);

-          The passport of foreigners must be still valid at least 06 months prior to applying visa extension;

-          Work permit; (investor, head project office, non-governmental organization, foreign lawyer is issued a license in Vietnam without work permit)

-          The form requests for long-term visa Vietnam
