Legitimate E-Visa: Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 450/VPCP-QHQT dated January 18, 2022, International travel agencies have the right to request Vietnam Immigration Department from Vietnam Government approve the Vietnam E-Visal for clients.
E-Visa validity period: 1 month (30 days – single entry)
Types of Vietnam E-visa: Tourist E-visa and Business E-visa.
Tourist E-visa (DL) is valid for 1 month (single entry). It is for tourism purpose only and not intended for those visitors who want to work during their stay in Vietnam.
Business E-visa (DN) is valid for 1 month (single entry), which allows its holder to enter and remain in Vietnam for a maximum period of 1 month for the purposes of working with Vietnamese enterprises or conducting business activities such as meetings, signing business contracts, etc…
Vietnam e-visa requirements:
Passport photo full 1st page in color.
Portrait photo in color.
Information on entry date/Air ticket.
Information on the entry gate. Example: Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh city), Danang airport (Danang city), …
Vietnam entry conditions:
Have a passport or valid international travel document and a Vietnam visa (for foreigners who enter the country on a unilateral visa exemption basis, their passports must have a validity of at least 06 months)
Not in the case of not allowing entry:
Children under the age of 14 are not accompanied by a parent, guardian or authorized person.
Forging papers, making false statements in order to be granted valid papers on entry, exit and residence.
Persons suffering from mental illnesses or infectious diseases that pose a danger to public health.
Being expelled from Vietnam for less than 3 years from the effective date of the decision on expulsion.
Being forced to leave Vietnam within 06 months from the effective date of the decision on forced exit.
For disease prevention and control reasons.
Due to natural disaster.
For reasons of national defense, security, social order and safety.
